ABOUT THIS WINE

Winemaking is a traditional craft that I honor, but I also love to push the boundaries. I’ve learned cool temperature winemaking creates better wine. I made LOFT Sauvignon Blanc using a cool temperature fermentation to elevate the aromatics and flavor intensity of the wine.
