ABOUT THIS WINE

Winemaking is a traditional craft that I honor, but I also love to push the boundaries. I’ve learned cool temperature winemaking creates better wine. Grapes for our LOFT Cabernet Sauvignon were harvested in the cool of the night, and then I put them in a cold soak for 24-hours before starting fermentation to elevate the extraction of color, aromatics and flavor of the wine.
